Our books open in January, year-of the event (ie. If your event is in 2024, we will start taking bookings in January 2024). If you would like to submit an inquiry, please send an email in January that includes the following information:

  • the date of your event
  • inspiration photos
  • a list of the items you need:
    • bridal bouquet?
    • how many bridesmaids bouquets?
    • how many pin-on boutonnieres?
    • how many wrist corsages?
    • how many vase arrangements for tables?
    • any loose stems of flowers or greenery for your own decorating?
    • any other installations (arches etc.) ?
Once we have your requested date, an itemized list of what you need, and see some of your inspiration photos, we can assess our ability to accommodate your order.

You can expect a response within 7 business days to confirm if the date is available, with a general quote. Quotes are valid for two weeks following initial correspondence, without a reservation being made. If you decide you'd like to book, a $100 deposit is taken to hold the date. When the event goes ahead, the deposit is applied to the total invoice. 

We have found email communications to be a thorough, and excellent way to go about planning your event florals, but if you wish to have an in-person consultation prior to booking, the fee is $50.
